Please ensure all tags are attached and the items are unworn to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Log into your Doutlet account or contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email to submit a return or exchange request within 14 days of delivery.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, labels, and the original invoice are included to prevent any processing delays.

  Courier Pickup

  Our shipping partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup from your doorstep; please note that a standard shipping fee may apply for non-defective returns.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once your package reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
